Moose and Mustard natural dog chews are made from 100% natural ingredients and are intended for supervised use only. Always monitor your dog while chewing and remove small or broken pieces to prevent choking or digestive issues. Moose and Mustard is not responsible for misuse of our products.

2. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in [your currency], and we reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All items are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times may vary slightly based on Royal Mail’s service, but most parcels are delivered within 2 working days after dispatch. Moose and Mustard is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to Royal Mail. For any delivery issues, please contact Royal Mail directly.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used chews. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiries@mooseandmustard.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
